Literacy Circles 

Welcome to the Year Five and Six Literacy Circle page.

Literacy Circles are composed of children who are reading the same book, just like a book club.
 At each meet they discuss the set chapters they have read and talk about different components of the book they are reading.
Each group member has a specific role to play. The book is selected by the children. Each Literacy Circle meets one time per week out of class and is expected to complete their tasks weekly before the next meet.

 On here you will find links to activities you will need to complete before your next Literacy Circle meeting.  Please look in the resources folder for a copy of your activity.
