Student participate in fitness on Monday and Tuesday and our Perceptual Motor Programme takes place Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the hall. The purpose of the programme is to build
•Motor skills
•Fitness
•Balance
•Understanding of their body position in space
•Differentiation of their right and left side
•Understanding of direction instructions
•Rhythm
•Cooperative skills
Parent help is greatly appreciated in this programme. Your role would be to assist with setting up and putting away equipment and developing the skills of students at a station. Parent help is welcome on Wednesday to Friday 10.00-10.40. Setting up Wednesday to Friday 8.50 till 9.00. Putting equipment away Wednesday to Friday 12.30-12.40.
