Homework

Your homework book should go home with you every night and be handed in to your teacher on Thursday.

You will have ten spelling words and some basic facts to practice for the week, ready for a test on Friday. You also are expected to read for 20mins each night and complete your Rocketing Readers Club Log in the back of your homework book.

Your homework sheet and your reading log should be signed by your parent or caregiver each week.

Your teacher will check your homework and keep a record of when it is signed. We understand if you have a busy week and are unable to complete your homwork, but you should get your parent to sign it anyway confirming this.

At the end of each term the children who have completed their reading log each week will be able to attend the Rocketing Readers Club party!
