Matilda

By Roald Dahl

Reviewed by:  Fiona Chen  Room 11

Recommended for Girls and Boys Age 8 and up

This is a fabulous book written by Roald Dahl for children aged 8-10.it has a lot of exciting, heart-warming moments. A very mysterious story for girls and boys.  (Mostly girls)This is probably one of the best children books that Roald Dahl has written.

Matilda’s parents do not care about what she does and where she goes so Matilda had to teach herself to do things. Quite amazing because at the age of 1 and a half her speech was perfect and she knew as much words as adults. By the time she was three Matilda had taught herself to read and in weeks time from going to school had discovered a very unique power that she had, to be able to move things with her eyes and even better to help Miss  honey her school teacher .

I think this is very well written and deserve 10 stars.

The book keeps you interested until the end
